Carmen DeVore, L.Ac., MSAOM
Carmen has always had an interest in helping people. She became intrigued by alternative forms of healing when she was introduced to Reiki and learned about Qi (life force energy). Carmen wanted to further her knowledge of Qi by studying Acupuncture. Carmen studied Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) at South Baylo University where she received her Masters of Science in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine and became a licensed Acupuncturist.
With the knowledge she has obtained from TCM and her experience with Reiki, she aims not only to deal with patients specific medical issues but also to improve their overall health. Carmen is currently treating patients at Bob the Chiropractor in Downtown Long Beach.
Carmen is happily married and enjoying being a mother to her two adorable boys. In her spare time she loves golfing with her husband (and soon her sons!), yoga, and traveling.
